Job Description
Lead a team of MIS analysts to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection and reporting
Train and mentor team members on best practices and tools for data analysis
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in MIS Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS or data analysis
Proven experience leading a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
